Phelps County Road & Bridge Department Facility – Phelps County, Missouri

The Phelps County Commission celebrated the completion of the new Phelps County Road & Bridge Department Facility with a ribbon cutting on November 8, 2024. Located near the Highway V interchange, the new facility includes a maintenance building with dedicated administrative space, equipment storage, and material storage—all designed to streamline operations and better serve the county's infrastructure needs.

Archer-Elgin provided surveying as well as full architectural, civil, structural, and MEP design services for the project. Strategically located on existing county-owned property adjacent to the South Outer Road and Interstate 44, the site offers ideal accessibility and supports the County’s long-term planning goals. This project reflects a successful investment in local infrastructure and public service efficiency.
