EMS Base Facility Ribbon Cutting

With the opening of its new EMS Base in Rolla, Phelps Health has significantly enhanced emergency response capabilities across the region. The 17,500-square-foot facility is thoughtfully designed to support both efficiency and safety, featuring eight ambulance bays, 16 bunk rooms, a second helicopter pad, dedicated training areas, and a storm shelter for crew protection.

Archer-Elgin was honored to support this vital project by providing comprehensive surveying, civil, and structural engineering services. We are proud to contribute to a facility that strengthens regional emergency services and reflects Phelps Health’s deep commitment to patient care and community wellbeing.

Congratulations to Phelps Health on this important achievement!
