Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade – Waynesville, MO

Evaluation of wastewater treatment plant, preparation of a facility plan resulting in plant upgrades to include fine screen pretreatment process, replacement of existing grit chamber equipment, oxidation ditch aeration equipment, and RAS/WAS equipment, construction of a new secondary clarifier, construction of UV disinfection process, flow metering improvements and electrical, instrumentation and control improvements. Archer was successful in assisting the City with a successful bond issue campaign as well as securing a $500,000 Rural Sewer Grant through MDNR to assist in funding collection system rehabilitation. The remainder of the $5.7 million project was through low interest SRF loans.
